This series of furnace are used for analyzing element in laboratories, mineral enterprises and science research institutes. It is also used in heating processing for the small size steel annealing and tempering.

3. Characteristics
All stainless steel glory hole to make sure its color will not change.
Imported double insulation ceramic inner chamber with stable performance.
Vacuum forming polycrystalline mullite fiber furnace hearth has characteristics of efficient insulation and three side heating of special alloy heating wire to provide optimum temperature uniformity.
The perfect combination of high precision micro-computer controller and accurate sensor has advantage of precise temperature.
Double-shell hollow thermal insulation and double ventilation duct with advantages of excellent ventilation, not hot shell and quick internal cooling.
The furnace with multiple safety protection measures, such as thermocouple failure, over door opening electrical outage, audio-visual alarm, etc.
4. Installation and operation
Open the package, check the furnace and make sure the whole set is complete. Place the furnace on smooth ground or table. Keeps the controller avoiding vibration.
Install the power switch at the original power line to control the whole power. To make sure the equipment operates safely, furnace and controller must be grounded reliably.
Connect the controller direction to the line and make sure it is correct. Then put through the power, turn on the power and set the temperature on the meter. It starts to heating when indicator light of the meter turns green. Adjust the power to reach the target temperature as it is needed, but make sure the voltage and electric current of the product will not surpass the rated power.

5. Attentions
Install the outer ground protection to ensure safety of machine and experiment; ensure power as the machine required. |
This equipment is forbid to use in inflammable and explosive, poisonous and strong corrosive experiments. |
Make sure horizontal installation. |
Non-professionals are not allowed to disassemble and repair this machine. |
Pay attention to the setting temperature when dealing with inflammable matters. |
Make sure dry the resin container, if the temperature is setting too high by accident, the container would be dissolved and then fall on the heater, which will cause fire. |

Overfilled of sample will lead to overheat of working room under part, which will dissolve the inflammable material and cause fire. |
While the machine is working, don't touch the device top, as well as observation window and exhaust port to keep away from high-temperature burns. |
Please do not open the door when the temperature more than 500°C! |
please use the temp.50°C less than the Max. temp. for long hours use! |

6. Meter operation instruction
1) Model Single-stage Temperature Controller
1.1 Basic display status
When powered on, it shows the basic display status, upper window displays real process value (PV) while lower window displays the set value (SV). If the real value overruns measure range(thermocouple breaks for example), upper window will display "orAL" and the highest and lowest values, at this time, controller will automatically stop controlling the output.
In controller's face, basically there are 6~10 LED lights,OP1,AU1,AU2,RUN which respectively stand for output, first alarm, second alarm, and working condition.
1.2 Time programm setting:
In basal display status, if the parameter lock "Loc" isn't locked, we can set setpoint (SV) by pressing
,
or
. Press key to decrease the value,
key to increase the value, and
key to move to the digit expected to modify. Press
till it shows "t1", we can set time.
1.3 Working control
When power on, the controller is in stop status, you can press
for 2 seconds till the below window shows"run" to start controller's working. Press
for 2 seconds till it shows "stop" to stop the controller's working.
1.4 Preparation
If you don't want to count time when it's still in raising temperature, you need this preparation. When you start preparation function,controller won't alarm when it shows unnormal value
(HaAL& LdAL). At this time, programmer stops counting time until the value is normal.
1.5 AI artificial intelligence control and auto tuning:
When AI artificial intelligence control method is chosen , the PID parameters can be obtained by running auto-tuning. In basal display status, press
for 2 seconds, the "At" parameter will appear. Press
to change the value of "At" from "oFF" to "on", then press
to active the auto-tuning process. During auto tuning, the instrument executes on-off control. After 2-3 times of on-off action, the instrument will obtain the optimal control parameter value. If you want to escape from auto tuning status, press and hold the
key for about 2 seconds until the "At" parameter appear again. Change "At" from "on" to "oFF", press
to confirm, then the auto tuning process will be cancelled.

Note1 : If the setpoint is different, the parameters obtained from auto-tuning are possible different. So you'd better set setpoint to an often-used value or middle value first, and then start auto-tuning. Depending on the system, the auto-tuning time can be from several seconds to several hours.
Note2: Setting of CHYS may have influence on AT.. The lower value of CHYS the higher accuracy. But too low CHYS isn't advice, CHYS=2.0 is advice.
Note3: At the beginning after AT, the result maybe not table but it will get best result after a time.

Note:All the internal parameter has been adjusted when factory test. Forbidden to modify them except Sensor Correction parameter.
In basal display status, press
and hold for about 2 seconds can access Field Parameter Table.Pressing
can go to the next parameter; pressing

can modify a parameter.Press and holdcan return to the preceding parameter. Press
(don't release) and then press
key simultaneously can escape from the parameter table. The instrument will escape automatically from the parameter table if no key is pressed within 30 seconds. Setting Loc=808 and then presscan access System Parameter Table.

Press(∧)or(∨)keyboard to change the setting number, press(<)to change the number is more easy and fast.
At temperature self-tuning:
Press SEL 5 seconds, the display shows MAN, press SEL again till display the AT, you can see display OFF, please change it to ON by(∧)or(∨), press the SEL and the back keyboard and the machine doing the self-tuning.
The display shows AT, the AT will disappear when the self-tuning work stop, please do not turn off the power, if turn off the power, please reset again. Please make sure there is no sample in the machine when doing the AT work.
